Abdul Rahim Bin Abdul Hamid, a Malaysian aged 66, has approximately 36 years of working experience in auditing, management consultancy and insolvency practice.
He started his career in Coopers & Lybrand (previously known as Cooper Brothers & Co) as Audit Assistant in 1971. He rose in the firm to eventually become its Managing Partner in 1993. Upon the firm merging with Price Waterhouse in 1998, he assumed the position of Deputy Executive Chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers until he retired in June 2004. His professional accreditations include Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom and Member of The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
